Dining

Our Dining Chair will work with all delegations to ensure dietary restrictions are accommodated. Each delegate will be able to include any dietary restrictions or allergies on the registration form. Our dining services can accommodate any dietary restriction including gluten, lactose, kosher, etc. We will work with you to coordinate any restrictions.

Friday November 3, 2017:

Experience all that Baltimore has to offer by grabbing dinner in the city before opening ceremonies. Please grab something to eat before you arrive at opening ceremonies. There are several restaurants near the BWI Marriott and Downtown Baltimore is just a short distance if you wish to venture into the city for dinner. Volunteers will be around to provide recommendations! To find a list of all restaurants please click here!

Breakfast: Get the true UMBC experience by having breakfast in True Grit’s, the dining hall on campus. Chartwells is going to provide a wonderful breakfast with something for everyone. This is the traditional dining hall experience, with various options such as cereal, omelets, waffles, fruit, desserts, etc. A more detailed menu will come.

Lunch: We will be eating at UMBC’s True Grit Dining Hall. This is an all you can eat buffet style eating option. This dining hall can meet any dietary restriction needs. Just let us know!

Banquet Dinner: A plated dinner will be served at the hotel, followed by a dessert and mocktail reception. This will include a salad, entree, and dessert. More detailed menu to come upon confirmation from the hotel.
